• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.

• You agree to use Context Search AI only for lawful purposes.
• You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its security.
• Context Search AI is licensed to you, not sold.

5. Data & Privacy

• We do not store the contents of your Gmail, Drive, or Calendar.
• Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0 with least-privilege access.

6. Security

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

7. Termination
